Who leads After Supper?

After Supper is led by people who care deeply about the Church and who have spent years working in the local church.

Not just in theory. Not just from a distance.

But in the day-to-day reality of leadership, stewardship, and walking alongside communities trying to figure out what’s next.

We’ve worked with churches navigating change, carrying responsibility with limited resources, and trying to stay faithful without becoming something they’re not.

Our work is built on real experience in leadership, governance, fundraising, and community engagement. But more than that, it’s shaped by lived faith and the real conversations we’ve had alongside churches. This is the work we’ve done with communities for years.

Shawn C. Branch

Through his coaching practice, Out on a Limb, Shawn works with leaders navigating change, transition, or growth; helping them clarify vision, strengthen teams, and lead with authenticity.

Shawn brings a rare blend of strategic insight, pastoral wisdom, and practical experience. He believes the most important conversations happen not in boardrooms, but around tables; where trust is built, clarity emerges, and real transformation begins.
