Gillian and Shawn understand the realities of ministry in Eastern Canada, including smaller teams, volunteer leadership, and denominational structures.
They have worked in many denominations – Anglican, United, Baptist, Mennonite, and many other ecumenical contexts. They’ve decided to pull their experience and resources in supporting congregations with limited resources.
They are not a replacement for your team but will come alongside to support and journey alongside you and your team.
